Nice people great prices on tires and they got me in and squared away in no time. Definitely will use them again!!!

Started out great. Found 6 tires for my motorhome, good price. Quick to get the job done. Drive 10 miles, sit for several days, drive 35 miles, find one tire ready to come off the wheel. GCR sends mobile tech, who fixes leaking valve stem. I then discover the "new" tires were all made in early 2017. 4 years of Firestone recommended life gone. Requested 40% refund, manager refuses, says "tires are new". Very poor customer service

Thought I rated them, oh well. Carlos and Dylan were great! Great prices, much better product than Daniels in so cal based on experience. Quick and on it and a sandwich shop near by that smells like bacon or pulled pork.

I bought 2 Dayton steering tires and they got ripped on the treads showing some wires after 2 months, they upgraded them to 2 Firestone for free. Great people and great environment.

When GCR Tires from Albany, Ore came out to fix a tire on my 34' motorhome they called when arriving and was so very courteous and really went above and beyond the call by making certain that all the other 7 tires were ok, inflated properly and gave me advice about proper inspection while travelling. Thanks to Carlos we now feel safe knowing that there is really a tire company that still does quality on time service.
